Traveling through the American west and south in an Airstream trailer was how I spent my vacations as a child. The memories and experiences from these beautiful places inspire me to create work that reflects the environments and animals I encountered along the way. Some serious, some quirky, I have created more than 100 animal and landscape drawings ranging from coastal creatures to barnyard beauties, cool cats to feathered friends, vintage campers to old time trucks.
I wear many hats in my studio creating work that is both decorative and functional. My inner child is alive and well, as I love to experiment with a variety of mediums including painting, mixed media, illustration, assemblage and collage.
I currently have 12 wholesale lines that I display at national wholesale shows throughout the year. My favorite collection is the pendant necklaces, which showcase colorful drawings of animals and landscapes. One of my artist friends recently described them as part of a miniature gallery that is now being worn by women and girls all across the country.
