My studio is in an 1840s Greek Revival farmhouse. For 25 years I
have painted images of the natural world with a twist. I paint
up-close and focused subjects by way of joy, lightness, laughter
and a colorful palate. I brush many layers of acrylic color to make
rich and bold art pieces. My artwork exemplifies the symbiotic
relationship between art and nature. I believe the two cannot be
separated.
