I strive to represent visions that catch my mind and call to be
made, to be realized in paint so as to see what they might have to
say. I am drawn to people, urban landscapes, cluttered
interiors…whatever might make for a compelling narrative or
interesting arrangement of shape and color. Some are painted
directly from life, others from memory or imagination.
